Job Description
As IT Support Technician you will be involved in a wide range of tasks including:

Providing ‘hands-on’ and pro-active support and service delivery to all service users Liaising with third party software/hardware providers Desktop builds and imaging rollout using various deployment methods Accurately updating and maintaining our busy ticketing systemWorking on any additional projects or tasks to achieve business goals
Essential knowledge, skills and personal attributes:

Knowledge of Active Directory, group policy and user administration processes Experience configuring and managing Windows 7/10 and Windows Server 2012/2016Office 365 operation and troubleshooting Knowledge of networking – routers/switches/firewalls Understanding of VOIP telephony platforms Track record of taking ownership of problems and tasks team player looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Qualifications

HNC or HND in Computing Microsoft accreditation – MTA or MCSA
